PRIZE PETS (Nottingham)
They found a rattle snake up a wizards sleeve on crystal meth. Weirdo punk from Nottingham no-wave vibe machine, in the words of Johnny Scarr: "Something like the fall if they tried to make disco tunes, whilst falling off the waltzers".

PICORE (Zaragoza, Spain)
Formed in 2003 and with close ties to Zaragoza’s squat venue scene via their Arrabato venue/collective, PICORE are doing their bit to keep the spirit of hardcore and the D.I.Y movement alive whilst stretching the parameters and potential of the music. These guys don’t play no straight forward hardcore that’s for sure. Considered, focused heaviness set on repeato makes for an almost trance-like experience yet this music is also technically precise and brutal as fuck. Not too dissimilar to US MAPLE, JESUS LIZARD, THE EX and KING CRIMSON.

BILGE PUMP (Leeds)
Urban spacemen play incredible skronk riffs

24 hours of Improv by Nottingham's Miss:Imp improv group.

This is a sponsored event in which all money will go to fund the play 'Coming and Going' to go to The Edinburgh Fringe Festival in August (thus representing Nottingham, the improv group and the Comedy Festival, as well as the play itself, obviously!)
To come and see some of the improv it will cost you a very small £3 to see one show or £6 for a Come & Go ticket. (this is to pay for the events expenses!)
