The Art Organisation are now taking proposals from those who wish to make use of space for artist’s studios, workshops and offices for the creative industries in the preparation of new artwork and education in the arts.

Studios are priced at approximately
£1 per sq.ft/per month, Include 24hr access, and the support structure of TAO Nottingham.

21 STATION STREET
Situated on the first and second floor, areas have been divided and sectioned to provide private spaces. These studios are available on monthly agreements.

We currently have 1 studio available priced £150 per month, inclusive of a minimal use of electricity, and wi-fi connection.

Two further studios will be available in the coming months. One priced at £125 per month, and a double space costing £300 per month.

3-9 STATION STREET
Individual rooms and spaces over three floors, each available on six month or yearly agreements.

There are a four studio/office rooms still available, and a two room suite. Prices at £125/£160 and £275 per month, exclusive of electricity.

19 STATION STREET

We are now taking interest in
this new premise, with studios available in the upper floors above the proposed recycling centre.

Any interested party can take advantage of introductory start up prices whilst the building is reaching completion.

This is an ideal opportunity for an artist working toward establishing a professional portfolio. Each participant will have access to exhibit their wares, skills and services, through the gallery and promotional support from The Art Organisation.

Participants will also have access to facilities and workshop space within the project.
